When I try to install LCPDFR, when I get to the MergedInstaller.exe, it will give me this error message, "CLR Error: 80004005 - The program will now terminate"

After searching the problem, I have found that it had something to do with my Framework, I have tried firstly repairing the Net 4.0 framework, didn't work. Then I uninstalled, and tried to reinstall it, I used (http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=17718) and a few other download pages, and when I try to start downloading these.. it will give me a "Fatal Error" when I try to install it, not the same error message, but I believe it has something to do with that again. So now I think I have my 4.0 removed, and I can't even install it now, which I tried to install LCPDFR again and now it gives me the error saying I need to download 4.0, which that gives me an error, so now I'm screwed.

If there is another install package for 4.0 or fix to this, I would really appreciated.. as all of the other support sites are not giving much information, or they say download 4.0 which gives me Fatal error, need some assistance to fix this.

Sorry, this is a Windows issue, and you'll be getting this with any Microsoft .NET Framework 4 application.

Contact Microsoft or some other form of technical support - it's outwidth what this forum can provide.
