The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

what does the J button do in LSPDFR because when i press it nothing happens

I also have the same bug. I'm not sure what causes it, but I just make do by pressing "N" and choosing my siren state from there. Hope this helps :)

Hmmm,  I downloaded a mod called "Lights and Sirens" https://youtu.be/YuJZYAPQaHM 

you can press J, the lights come on and no siren,  You press J again you get siren.   Now sometimes it interferes with the E key for when you want to go with pursuit but I think its set up to still go full Lights and sirens as well.  Anyways check it out, it works nicely.
