hello is there anyway i can change a setting then whenever i exit the vehicle my sirens turn off automaticly like in the default police cars in GTA V? Hope someone can help

Hello. i recently installed els v together with a car that supppots ot. but during the daytime i can hardly see the lights of the cars. When it turns night i can see them pretty good. i have sent post fx to very high but it still doesjt work hope someone can help
