I noticed something while playing LSPD:FR, is that sometimes you get calls to Grand Theft Auto's that are too far out or requires a bit of backtracking in-order to catch up to the vehicle; that they end up escaping before you even get the chance to get near them. My suggestion is maybe adding a toolbox with the description of the vehicle and having you search the last known area for that vehicle. It would add a fair chance and a bit more realism to it. Just a thought! 

That does sound like a good idea. I've had a couple of instances where a vehicle would escape from me before I even had a chance to catch it. So having the description of the vehicle sounds like an excellent idea.
