First off, I'm having a blast playing the first build of LSPDFR but I'm experiencing one little issue. It seems like no suspect at all wants to surrender when a gun is pointed at them. For me the pointing and "E" pressing doesn't work. They just run off and keep running forever^^ What's also strange is that when I shoot them into the leg with my pistol they die instantly. From one shot to the leg...

All of it could be my fault so I'm glad if someone could add something to this :D

This does occasionally happen, I've experienced this a few times, with some "unarrestable" and stupidly weak suspects. I believe it to be some kind of bug, as my game has sometimes created a duplicate suspect with these properties. And bear in mind however that cat current you can only arrest peds that have either been pulled over or the result of a callout.

It almost worked when a suspect actually raised his hands but then ran away while holding the hands up. Tasered him as he tried to escape just to see him die in front of me because of that ._.

While responding to a pursuit of armed suspects, I arrived to find three suspects one killed, two shooting a fellow officer and then just froze.  They didn't respond to me at all like I wasn't even there.  I couldn't arrest them or anything just execute them and move on.

My issue is with that, it seems that by default, one shot with the taser kills them. :\
