The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I don't know if this tracks your stats yet(I doubt it). But I saved my game with LSPDFR loaded and when I loaded that save, I was frozen. I can pause the menu and pull up RageHook. But I couldn't bring up a phone, look around or even drive my vehicle(Which I was in when saving). Wasn't a big deal, I just loaded a previous save up and it was fine since I'm assuming stat tracking is not yet available.
