Hey my gta 4 is lagging it's slow how can I fix that plz someone help

Without posting your system specs, my only advice would be to buy a better PC.

Well.. What are your settings, and of course, what are your computer's specifications (processor, graphics card/processor, memory)? GTA IV is able to run on even the weakest systems with some tweaking.

Chances are the specific ENB you're using is simply too much for your computer to handle. Even though you may have the specifications to run GTA:IV, it's a poor port and as such certain things may cause issues, I would suggest changing your ENB.

i would agree with Lostand and iansonwheels. I also can not use an ENB because it drags my game to hell even though i have a decent computer. what i did was go into Grahic Settings in game and lower water and shadow textures to almost nothing. i also tweaked with everything else in there. you wanna try to get your CPU usage as low as possible there. Once you get some things lowered then you can raise the brightness up to 100%. in my opinion its just as good as an ENB. my game runs great and looks great despite losing water texture and shadows. give it a try and let us know.

if you absolutey have to find an ENB we can try to find one that doesnt take up 100% of your comp :P

no just when you start playing GTA IV press start and go to the map section. then click over to Graphics. you can change them there. let me know if that helps at all. now if you decide you wanna keep using an ENB then its highly possible you would need to upgrade your graphics card. i would just not use the ENB and adjust your graphics in game.

if I want to buy some better stuff for my pc to make gta 4 run faster cause its really slow what to i have to buy in terms of graphic cards and stuff
