RAGEPluginHook.exe will now automatically detect if any files are blocked, and offer to unblock them when it starts (This should make it more convenient, and allow people on Windows 8 to unblock files, since Windows 8 doesn't provide an option to do so).
Fixed console variable 'WarnOnPluginLoad' being false by default.
Added "LSPD First Response" version 0.1d Beta as a verified plugin.
Increased the time plugins are allowed to freeze the game from 1000 ms. to 3000 ms.
Fixed rendering fibers not being terminated when causing the game to freeze.
Fixed messages from exceptions being thrown by console commands and variables not being displayed correctly (Always TargetInvocationException).

Yep and it's stopped it crashing for me but   when i press F4 the console dose not come up.

That seems to be the common issue. Nothing crashes but also nothing works. No console or anything shows up to indicate that ragehook is working. I assume ragehook is working a fix but not really sure what is going on... Their support forums aren't the best about what issues they are aware of and working.

Can try and run this commandline, I use it and seemed to help with stuttering and fps. While running LSPDFR and ragehook I also seem to not have troubles. Ragehook suggests running in this mode too so it may help.

1. Create a text file named commandline.txt (just like gta4 had if messed with commands then)

2. Open with notepad and Add these lines and change the width and height to your current resolution.

-borderless
-width 1920
-height 1080
-disallowResizeWindow

this will run the game in borderless windows mode and should smooth things out some.

-optional command is

-maxthreads=8

only add this if your sure your processor has 8 threads otherwise change it to your processors max threads.
