Is there any special ELS mod for TBOGT?

I tried to install regular ELS for GTA IV, It works for GTA IV cars but it doesn't work for the special cars from TBOGT.

How can I make it work on the TBOGT special vehicles?

I need to change the "Active" only? From 0 to 1?

The DLC vehicles should already be in it, but in ELS V6 from what I know. Make sure that they're active. You have to make sure it says Active = 1

When I first downloaded V6, it wasn't enabled on default.
