I have had this problem where when I wake up my computer from sleeping it says that nothing is plugged in the jack, when it is. The only way to fix it is to restart. I have no clue how to fix it. Any suggestions or idea's?

Did you plug it in the front or back jack? If you can fix it by restarting, why not?

if its a realtek audio go and download the latest driver from there website or whatever your audio is and it should fix your problem 

I just don't want to keep restarting it. I have Turtlebeaches and im pretty sure the front jack isn't hooked up to my motherboard.

what is it hooked up to than a pci soundcard? its most likely a driver problem so what ever is your audio go to their website and install newer drivers
