Hello guys, my name is Sportboz (at least here on LCPDFR.com) and I am looking to start a new LCPDFR/LSPDFR clan. This clan will focus around Liberty State Police. I don't know what to name the clan yet, hopefully members of this forum could provide suggestions? Anyways here's a bunch of stuff for potential members, read up if you're interested.

What (We) Need:

*I say (We) because this might not ever become a thing.*

•Members - Of course, self-explanatory, hoping for around 15-20 members.

•Vehicle Models/Textures - I can't do much on my own other than change a pre-existing vehicle texture for personal use only. What models would we need exactly? Well I like the Virginia State Police fleet, and their vehicle liveries. So here's what we'd need, (police-Marked 2003(?) CVPI, police2-Marked 2012 FPI, polpatriot-Marked 2013 Chevy Tahoe, fbi-Unmarked 2013 Chevy Impala, noose-Slicktop 2003(?) CVPI (with one livery being marked, one unmarked), pstockade-Marked 2015 Chevy Tahoe, nstockade-Lenco Bearcat OR Unmarked 2015 Chevy Suburban).

Ped Models/Textures - Again with models O can't do anything on my own so i'd like to have somebody in the clan capable of doing these things (which would give them a higher rank of course). So here's what we'd need, (State Trooper skins and models for all police character model slots, with some being female. Pedprops-State Trooper's hats and glasses).

Map*- This we don't necessarily need, but if anybody who knows how to make maps joins the clan, a map with a lot of highways with good hiding spots for police vehicles in between the trees and such would be nice, with exit ramps leading to small towns with say BurgerShots and such in them, on ramps so troopers can get back on the highway, bridges over a river, and one medium sized city with a small airport and lots of apartment buildings.

How applying/training/ranking would work-We'd have our own website where players could apply and read up on all the things they need to know. Training would be conducted by the second-in-charge, ranking would be done by the commissioner (not me). Why don't I want to be in charge of it all? Well, I want to be a "foot-soldier" sort of. I want to be in the action and patrol with my fellow members, I will appoint the Commissioner and second-in-charge (Deputy Commissioner?) and then the three (maybe only two) Department Supervisors. But other than that, the clan (and patrols) will be lead by those 4/5 people, and I will listen to them just like other members should. 

Extra Information*-I would like to utilize a police3 slot (which would require adding lines of code to multiple files to allow spawning of this vehicle) that would contain a 2003(?) Ford CVPI with all yellow/amber lights for traffic control after an accident or such. Also I would like to utilize a police4 slot which would contain a marked 2013 Chevy Impala.

All lights for the cars (except police3) will be blue. As that is how the Virginia State Police vehicles have it. We could expand the clan to have a section for those who want to roleplay as firefighters or paramedics, which would require more models and textures to be made (I feel sorry for whoever chooses to do this, unless making models excites you...). These vehicles would have Liberty City markings and would be stationed in a fire station in said "medium sized city", if we have our own map made, of course. 

 

So yeah, sorry for this wall of text that's probably formatted weird...
