An idea for ELS...

Featured Replies

So I was just in-game and came up with an idea that seems like it wouldn't be impossible to implement into ELS. My idea was to have a key where, when pressed, it would automatically change the lighting pattern on a specific category of lighting (Primary, Secondary, etc.) Just like when activating the light by pressing J, this button would quickly switch the lighting pattern to whatever you set it in the ini. This would use extremely useful and realistic for things such as traffic advisers, being able to instantly switch it from a center pattern to a left pattern or right pattern.

Couldn't you just force the lighting pattern for each stage in the config ini?

No I think he means having keys with a different pattern preset for that key. Like if the forced pattern for the T/A is a right directional, then you press a key that forces it to a left directional without going into the els menu and etc.

Ah ok, that makes sense.  Sorry, misread.  Good idea too :)

This is what I meant. This also allows you to change, for example, just the TA without altering every other light on the car.
