I've looked everywhere for a taser mod, I see everyone else online using them but it keeps telling me that I don't have the right account?

The taser is usually spawned through Blade's Trainer in SP (and was in Online before R* patched the game). Otherwise I don't think you can get it in Online. As for a secondary mod, from what I understand, that is part of some different police mods. But with the trolls (like DoctorGTA) posting fake videos, can't be too sure.

​From the videos I saw, he uses an Enb which makes GTA IV look like V, and he uses LCPDFR, and names his videos LSPDFR... But that was before GTA V launched on PC. I don't know much more about his videos..
