When I play LCPDFR nowadays, I can experience the first 10 minutes perfectly. 45+ FPS with ENB and multiple modded police cars. Then all of the sudden after those ten minutes, my FPS drops to 20, and stays that way until I decide to quit. This is unlike any drop I've ever had because most FPS drops go back up.
