I have read many articles and posts, but I can't figure out why GTA IV crashes every time I spawn in the apartment. I have replaced ALL my files with my backups, but it still crashes. I checked my logs, but they don't show any sign of crashing, please help!

Are you running it as administrator? What compatibility mode are you running it in?

Do you have ELS? If so I see alot of people with this problem. One method you could try is going to your ELS.ini scroll all the way to the bottom and change

Ai_Els_Sp = on
Ai_Els_Mp = on

To OFF.

If this doesn't work change it back to on. And tell me if it worked or not!
