LCPDFR Not loading

Not sure if im posting in the right area.. sorry if i'm not..

LCPDFR will not load for me, i can use my trainer and all. i've tried downloading and reinstalling the mod, C++, EVERYTHING. i've looked on threads of people fixing theirs. but nothing helps. on the diagnostics tool it says "Failed to find x86 version of MSVCP.
