Why is Gta V under Program Files not PF x86

I was trying to find my game save and had to go under program files not program files x86. My gta iv is under x86, Does anyone know why?

    Because GTA IV is a 32bit program (also known as x86, named after Intel's 8086), while GTA V is a 64 bit only program. Since your operating system is 64bit, all 64bit programs go to the "normal" programs folder while 32bit ones are installed to the x86 folder. Another special case is the SysWOW64 folder, which is, despite its name, a system folder containing libraries necessary to run 32bit programs, while your System32 folder actually contains 64bit libraries on a 64bit Windows installation.
