Spawning NPCs in GTA IV

Featured Replies

Is it possible to spawn an NPC in GTA IV. I was creating this crime scene and spawned police cars and blocked off traffic with barriers to make it look like a crime scene, but can I spawn police peds in a certain position to make the scene look real? I'm guessing you can spawn NPCs but I'm not sure Damn I sound like a noob.

Simple Native Trainer allows you to spawn NPCs/Vehicles/Objects/etc. move them around, change the clothing, etc.
It's basically the go-to trainer for all your GTA:IV needs.

No problem. Glad I could help :D

About the notifications thing, change your settings to automatically follow topics you post & reply too. That way, it sends you notifications whenever someone replies to them. There's also settings for gallery images, downloads, etc.
