[SOLVED] Forever Loading at Police Station

I start GTA IV, RGSC Pops up, I click login, GTA IV starts, I start the game, press Alt+P, go into police station and the loading screen stays there FOREVER.

Any fix for this? I'm going to attach logs here.

I've used the game 2 times (probably) [the lcpdfr worked] and now the game takes forever to load.
