Hello guys, i'm Phillip and I am asking for your help. First of all, i wanna mention that I am not a native english speaker so I may write something wrong. So, i saw this super cool mod and I thought it would be awsome to play it. I downloaded the software and installed it.

I entered the game and presed Alt+P at the same time and nothing happend. I said to myself :"Hmm, okay there is something wrong I'll check it out".And for 3 days I have been trying to solve this issue and nothing... First I installed everything I had to install Microsoft C++ 2012, DirectX, .framenet work 4.5 i ran the game as an administrator, I even reinstalled the game because I had installed the Native trainer 6.5 and I thought  that was the problem. I have a original copy of Gta IV +EFLC. I tried to install of EFLC too, but the same problem. The game is working properly and I had no problems with it but LCPDFR is just not starting. I did my best to try and solve this problem but nothing. I searched through every Youtube turorial about installing this mod and yet nothing. IF there is some more information i need to give you, I will but please help me cuz the mod is awsome and i want to play it. Thank You

Please ensure that:

• An ASI Loader, ScriptHook and AdvancedHook are present.
• Make sure you have all dependencies installed. You can check this by running the LCPDFR diagnostics tool, located in the "LCPDFR" folder at the GTA IV root directory.
• Post all .log files if the problem continues.

if the game isnt running after pressing the "Play" button,download these files and copy them to your GTA IV main directory,

NOTE: please copy those files after downloading,and replace them with any files from the same kind.

Download LCPDFR 1.1 Manual Installer. Automatic Installer doesn't working for me (and my friend too) and Manual Install works for us. After downloading, copy all files from the archive into your gta iv directory (you need WinRAR or 7zip for extracting the files) and run the game as admin. Press Alt+P and see if it works.
