Ok so when there is a spotlight and you hit the takedown key some cars have it so just the spot light turns on and not the lights on the light bar.

Hmmm, I've never done that before. You might create a copy of extra 5 & 6 and map it to the Spotlight. Sorry, I've never really done that.

yep, you make it extra 5 or 6 and then enable corona takedowns in the els config file

The corona takedowns use the dummies for extra_5 and 6 to find the location. You can have the actual extra_5 and 6 in one place (they still function as WRNL, just without takedown functionality), and the dummy (little blue box) somewhere else.
