Installer wont see my .NET 4 Installation.

I've installed the .NET 4 that the site links to, and the installer wont let me pass saying I still need it, I repaired the file, still not seeing it, I even removed it fully and installed it again, but still not seeing it, and wont let me install the game. I am running Windows 7 with a Steam version.

I did do a search, but could not find anything.
