I've been trying to start up this mod but when I press F, it does not start. I've currently moved the two files to the script folder, but when i'm in the game at the bottom left it says the street name.

 

Could you please also link me to files to start the game, he said in the video you need script hook and another file. I don't know what i'm doing so if any of you could  help me that would be great.

Everything is well explained in both the video tutorial and the official website, but anyway:

• ScriptHook: http://hazardx.com/files/download/83s36f4d832/gta4/scripthookdotnet_v1.7.1.7b.zip
• Advancedhook: Use the one from ELS: '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>

-> Move all the files to your GTA 4 / EFLC folder.

hope ya get it running. friend of mine cantspeakenglishgaming uses this mod on youtube and it looks really good. i tried to run it too but had some issues :/ then forgot to check back on it. if ya get it workin lemme know :)
