So I just finished putting together this model however when in game I sit in air and the car is above me with the wheels stuffed in the wheel wells. Could anyone tell me what happened and if there is any way of fixing this.

Seems that you have moved the tire. 

I had this issue with a CVPI, what I did was I moved all the important files out (ELS, Parts ETC) and reimported the model, everything was still where it needed to be though.

You probably moved dummies and stuff by accident, as you were moving lighting. So start over again, or delete only the car but leave the lighting and stuff. Then just re-import the base model

Yes, exactly what BlackJesus and I said, aswell as Indiana. Most of these ideas may work, however they may not. Just be sure to triple check everything before you export the model. :)

If he deletes the car and re-imports the car, the materials editor will have double the materials from the old car.
