Public script error

Featured Replies

2015-04-08 13:22:29 - Error during Tick in script 'LCPDFR_Loader.PublicScript':
                      System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
                         at LCPD_First_Response.LCPDFR.Main.TestCallout(ParameterCollection parameterCollection) in d:GTA IVLCPDFRSVNtrunkLCPD First ResponseLCPDFRMain.cs:line 644
                         at GTA.Script.ProcessBoundCommand(ConsoleEventArgs )
                         at GTA.Script.ProcessEvents()
                         at GTA.Script.DoTick()
                         at GTA.ScriptThread.OnTick()

So I was wondering what exactly this was, or in other words, What file/It's name is it?
Full log report below. If you could explain what this file is, or what's went wrong I would be very thankful.

-Start:
It does show when I get in game that everything loaded OK. But when I do Force duty,and try and start a call out, I get "Error during Tick in script 'LCPDFR_Loader.PublicScript" And the mod crashes/ just stops the mod.

-Resource: I am one of the few, as far as I can tell having this problem. As I can't find any PublicScript threads.

Resolution: So what I plan is that maybe someone can explain what file the PublicScript is, where it should be, or if there are other variables that might cause it to fault. (Such as a problem like having both Dsound and Xliveless, or along those lines of colliding scripts.), and I can easily fix,remove, or even download the right file.
-Thanks!

hmm while i have no idea what a public script error is i would like to ask why ya are doing a forceduty instead of going to the police station and starting instead? i used to forceduty sometimes too but i usually had a crash not long after. I can't say that is why but it only makes sense to start the mod how its suppose to be from the station so thats what i do everytime now. hopefully you can find the fix to your problem.

also you can only have one or the other when it comes to Dsound or Xliveless. There are VERY FEW of us that can keep both and not crash..i can't explain that..but for 90% of us we only have one or the other.

So the only solution I was able to find was un-installing LCPDFR, and Getting a extra hard file copy and manually removing all files related to LCPDFR then re-installing the whole thing.
