The VDH helper is usually in the lower right corner? Well when I start the game its in the lower right corner, but about 5mins into it it moves to the center of my screen and I am unable to press the button, I have to guess where the buttons were in the lower-right corner and not press the buttons that I see in the middle? What keeps moving it? I only have 1 VDh mod installed it its K-9, but this has been happening, even before the K-9 mod???

Again, try reinstalling GTA 4. That may be a big help. Also, try changing ForceResolution = 0 to ForceResolution = 1. That may also fix it. Please also don't spam Question Marks in the thread as it makes it hard to read and makes moderators and admins angry.
