As I currently am putting together a NYPD pack, but I've kind of come across a MAJOR issue to do with rotators...

 

Is there anyway to get the rotators in "Police4" to function properly instead of them just being frozen??

from what i know only police police2 and police3 work with rotators

Only Police, Police2, Police3, Ambulance and the Firetruck support rotators. Unfortunately this is hardcoded into the game and cannot be altered.

yes but there are some cars that make it look like rotators
