Having some problem with els in lcpdfr with a moded police car

Well what happens when i try to play with a modded poliece car and leave the station i can't move or do anything but now i can't even play lcpdfr i get  (error log) so what do i do? And i would really like to play with modded police cars and i do have els installed with nothing else but lcpdfr and a modded police car. (note: I play my lcpdfr on steam)
