Right. So last time I tried to say this it was took down because I did not realize I was putting it under GTA IV support requests not LCPDFR support requests. So basically what is happening here is that I installed GTA IV recently and got LCPDFR 1.1, police helper, simple native trainer, the tow truck script, and finally ELS V8.0. When I installed ELS, I got an error which still allowed me to play the game but I could not run the LCPDFR script. I assume ELS is to blame even though it works perfectly. When you installed ELS 8 you replaced AdvancedHook.dll with an old version. Please download the manual installation package and make sure to drag AdvancedHook.dll into the GTA IV/EFLC folder.
