I have come across numerous models of the above mentioned vehicle... But, i have not come across any with a NYPD lightbar as such, does anyone know where I can find one like in the pictures below?

Yeah, I saw that one... But, in the comments, it says that the car goes completely grey when dirty... Is there any way to change this?

No, but you can keep it clean :P

I'm not positive, but I think I may know the problem. Try importing a dirt texture into the wtd and rename it tau_dirt. I'm guessing it's a missing texture, so try that.

You could replace the dirt texture with a clear texture. I used to do it all of the time.
