I was hoping someone would be willing to develop this mass state police uniform. Ive tried but dont have the experience and tools. Ive noticed there are not many state trooper formal uniforms for IV so I couldnt even do any modifications. I would certainly be happy  to donate to the author.

    Yes , Mr Quiggles . Its your ped models that are so well done and inspired me to want to create a ped with the formal uniform. Obviously your from Mass as well as me and I still see them sometimes with that older booted and jacket uniform. Is it possible to add the jacket and the boot ?
