dose anyone has LAPD slicktop but non els??cuz i don't really like ELS plz.....

I'm afraid there isn't one available. The only thing people care about nowadays is their ELS shitbox Ford Explorer car mods.

An accurate LAPD slicktop is somewhat impossible with non-ELS as all the lighting on the car is LED and the rear lightbar flashes blue and amber (there's no amber corona in the game, so it'd flash either red or blue).

ScrimpyData makes some pretty cool non-ELS packs. He makes NYPD and even an LAPD pack with real cars which are non-ELS. Check out his stuff, it may have what you are looking for.
