I have an Alien ware Alpha, 

 

4GB ram

64 Bit OS

intel core i34130T CPU @ 2.90GHZ

 

Installed GTA IV on steam, I have mods installed but don't know how to bring up the menu for ELS. Also if someone can help me install other mods and help me set the game up correctly and use all the mods Ill give someone a $20 steam card if ya'll can help!!!

The default key bindings for the ELS Control manual are:

• ELS Menu - ctrl + m
• Activating the light stages - J
• Secondary lights - K
• Warning lights - L
• Siren  - G
• Toggle Siren - Y

That's just some of it, the rest are in the ELS Default Control.pdf file that comes along with the ELS download.

Spark IV and Open IV are your options to install car mods.

 

Ensure you are on the latest patch of the game (Patch 1.0.7.0).

 

Ensure you have the require files to be able to run LCPDFR and ELS.
