when ever I open my gta iv Up in the top left corner it says error in LcpdfrLoader.net ive tried everything that I seen on youtube please I am very desperate and my ELS V8 doesn't work please help me.  

 

Hello there -- welcome to LCPDFR.com and thanks for trying out LCPDFR.

You failed to read the instructions before posting in this forum. So we'll remind you of them.

Please do the following:

• Make sure you aren't using a crack - We don't support cracks
  
• Update GTA IV to 1.0.7.0 (the latest version of the game, or 1.1.2.0 for EFLC) - This sometimes fixes a wide variety of issues
  
• Make sure that you run the game as an administrator.
  
• Make sure that your GTA IV root folder (and every subdirectory) is not set to "read-only"
  
• Ensure that ScriptHook.dll, ScriptHookDotNet.asi and Dsound.dll OR Xlive.dll are in the GTA IV ROOT folder
  
• Ensure that there is a folder titled 'LCPDFR' in the ROOT GTA IV folder.
  
• Check that all the above files exist, if they do not, reinstall LCPDFR with the MANUAL installation.
  
• Ensure that you are using up to date versions of every LCPDFR dependency and LCPDFR itself.
  
• Install these: .Net Framework 4.5, Microsoft Visual C++ Redist 2012

OK so that didnt fix it     so when i get in game you already know i looked in console it says.  binder, Object[] parameters, CultureInfo culture)

Thats alot of typing. so and it says lcpdfr_Loader.net Error in the top left of screen when get in game

Ive tried to reinstall script Hook ive reinstalled gta iv *Deleted All Local files* ive put another version of Advanced hook in Ive installed XLIVLESS ive reinstalled Lcpdfr *deleted all lcpdfr files*.

right now i have got a crappy al in one computer :( with a intel® Pentium®  Cpu 2127U @ 1.90Ghz and i dont think it would be my pc specs because when i didnt have my pc reset it ran fine i had vehicles installed with ELS and every thing i just think some thing did something when i reset my pc and yes i installed all the requirements and i am not using any other mods with it exept for ELS V8 which doesnt work either. Please help me I am desperate

Try uninstalling LCPDFR, put all the ELS files in the directory again, and then do the same with LCPDFR. Let me know if it works. Remember, LCPDFR after ELS.
