You copy the default config, paste it and then do what you need to do.

thanks for the quick video but what i meant was editing the file like for instance change the speed of specific bulbs or create patterns

Change the flash speed for all lights:

 

ELS.ini in default directory > "FlashDelay_Sp = 0-5" (lower value is faster) and "FlashDelay_Mp = 0-5" (for multiplayer)

 

Force certain pattern for different vehicles:

 

Any configuration file set up for any of your vehicles (such as default_config)

 

ForcePatForLstg = on

PatId_Lstg1-3 = [iD] (find a desired pattern in-game and put the number in the place of "[iD]" without brackets)
