Random Crash, separate game folder 0_0

Hewwo people :D

So I wanted a bit of a change... so I copied my NYPD install to a seperate HDD (D:). I installed everything correctly, checked twice, all components and folders of the game have been copied over, and no corrupt files. But when I launch the game, it says the T&C's at the loading screen then it crashes. Just 'Grand Theft Auto IV has stopped working' and nothing else. But even so, I have attached the name of the folders, maybe the game couldn't access some files. Oh, and all logs attached.

10-4,

Unwinding the stack eventually leads to audio engine initialization related calls, but that's all I could gather.

Oh. That's a shame, I can't play as a LCPD cop now D: But really, thanks for looking through my logs and trying to help
