GTA IV crash, freeze screen!

I've been reading too many topics here the site but when I think my problem will be solved the topic does not tell me anything, so

 

My GTA IV hangs after a short time in operation and I have to close it from the control panel

 

I reinstall the game, mod, delete all the files, and again I do not have any more success, the game crashes before certainly time.

 

when I run the diagnostic tool I saw the check log in orange, so I think the problem is in the mod, and I travel here and lot of topics, and nothing

 

Finally, I made my own topic, because I do not know what else to do,

 

I have no problems running the game without mods

update, installed manually and get to play for a longer time, but still crash after a while

It's problably ELS being unstable.  Try:

• Disable ELS on NON-ELS vehicles in slotcontrol.ini
• Disable Cruise Lights in the vehicle configuration file
• Disable ClearRandAIExtras
• (If Above Works) Re-enable and reduce ClearRandAiExtras distance
• Reduce Els_Range_Ai
• Change ASI Loader
