I am creating a new team/clan and I need help making custom car mods and uniforms.  I am not sure if this is the right place to post this as I am new to LCPDFR...  If there is a great graphics person out there who can help, please let me know.

It all depends on what you're after,

How many cars and uniforms and if you've got a rough idea on what design you're looking for and so on.
