2000-2006 Chevy Tahoe Unlocked

Good evening. I am looking for an unlocked 2000-2006 Chevy Tahoe which may be used for a community pack. If you have one and are able to hand it out, or know of any existing mod which meets these specifications and is unlocked, I would appreciate it if you could please PM me on any of the major GTA IV modding sites.Thanks

Bxbugs123 has this 2006 K9 Chevy Tahoe, and the mod status is "open" which I guess means "unlocked": http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=1644

 

He said the original model was by nik287 and was converted to GTA IV by himself and Chasez, but I couldn't find that base model without all the lights already in it. He also has a few other versions of the car with different light bars and such.

When someone puts mod status "open" it means that they hope to continue updating/working on the model. A majority of the developer models say that. So if it says model status: unlocked, then it means that it's unlocked. This is bxbug's slicktop
