So the auto-restart told me not to submit a log but I will if necessary. I have been plagued by a bug for over a year where if I initiate a traffic stop or sometimes try to just arrest someone, they continue walking away with their hands up. I go, handcuff and then game crashes. No additional mods installed, performance specs way off the minimum.  Just looking for some help. Also most of the time when I start a traffic stop, the vehicle will pull over, turn the engine off then back on. After that happens, another crash.
