LFCDPR ELS 8 Error at game start

I installed ELS 8 on anGTA LCPDFR and when I start the game it reads an error message in the top left screen saying someing about an error in loading. The log says there are two Asi loaders present though I only saw one when I initially looked. Could someone shed some light on this? There are not any vehicle mods.
