Where can I get NYPD&NJSP CVPI?

Now I'm using this NYPD CVPI(linked at below) , But I also want to use New jersey state trooper by changing skins. Where can I get New Jersey State Trooper skin for this CVPI?

Not sure, but here is a NJSP pack.. Just check to see if the texture in this pack lines up with your CVPI (there are a few CVPI with different templates made so i'm not sure if it'll line up correctly)

It's not a good choice. Letters' position is bit strange :(

Download the car, install it with OpenIV, browse the .wtd file, extract the skin, then place it on the car you want. Done.

If you really want to use that car, even though it won't be realistic, there's a template with the model. NJSP livery is pretty simple.

 

But I still suggest using the car Hystery posted instead.
