There is a virus in Lcpdfr 1.0d!

Featured Replies

so, I know you're all going to want to say to click bypass on the Virus scan, which I did,  but it turns out that there actually was a virus in it.

So I then Removed the Virus and removed the mod then installed the mod and bypassed it again and the virus came back.

I then decided to restore my computer completely, After doing so I reinstalled gta 4 and added the mod again, bypassed the virus and I had it again...

whenever the virus is in my computer it will shut off my computer while doing anything, even sitting on my desktop.  once I removed the virus my computer would work fine.

just letting you know that there REALLY is a virus in the mod and the scan isn't just thinking there is.

I use Norton Security so I think it'd tell me the truth about a virus in the 1st place.

No.

It's false positive and nothing to worry about. It has been posted before. This is the second time today I've seen this. Please search before posting.

PUP, which stands for Potentially Unwanted Program, is the OpenCandy software which is the advertising service for the download. It is outlined before downloading it, and if you don't want to support us by downloading that version, you can download the other alternate installers.

Nothing to see here!
