No need to troll this one i am looking to install lcpdfr on gta iv however at the moment my net is down and i am useing my neighbours internet, i am looking for the install package that does it offline aka no need for the internet. The only reason i ask is i live out in the country (canada) with only dial-up access and i am looking for an offline installer package instead of it trying to connect to the servers to install can you guys point me in the right direction or am i SOL.
