when i turn on my lights i cant shoot out my windows nor does danage stay. thought this was els so i uninstalled and still happens not to sure if it is a bug in the scrpit or if it is something still left on the system also is it going to be possible to use a car wash when your car gets dirty?

No need to troll this one i am looking to install lcpdfr on gta iv however at the moment my net is down and i am useing my neighbours internet, i am looking for the install package that does it offline aka no need for the internet. The only reason i ask is i live out in the country (canada) with only dial-up access and i am looking for an offline installer package instead of it trying to connect to the servers to install can you guys point me in the right direction or am i SOL.
