Critical Error During Main Loop - Log Issue

Hello, 

I've had the Steam version of this game for some time, but because of a regular crashing issue, I decided to un-install it from Steam, delete my game files, and get a PC DVD version of the game on Amazon. The GTA IV install went fine, and without LCPDFR or any of the mods I have (see list below) the game runs smooth, but I added all of them in and as soon as it loads into the characters apartment the message box at the top-left pops up and tells me that LCPDFR has encountered an error and that I'd have to restart the game. I did this multiple times and nothing changed. I'm a major noob when it comes to computers, so if you have any questions please bare with me... I've also included a section of the log note that I'm supposed to email you about.

At this point, I am just frustrated. I've never had a problem with it on Steam other than that it would crash every 10-20-30 or more minutes to do it. 

 

MOD LIST: ELS V8. Vehicle MODS for Police 1, Police 2, PolPatriot, and FBI and NOOSE. Siren Mod, Trainerv65, vdH_PoliceHelper, Uniform upgrade Mod, Duty belt upgrade Mod.
