LCPD:FR 1.0D_Hotfix Crashing

Featured Replies

So is it just me or is anyone else having issues with game crashing. I've noticed with pretty much any call out that has the potential to turn into a deadly force situation or a mugging call or so on so forth I crash like no other. Also on other call out in multi player if my friends or I respond to a call an we both arrive at the same time we will crash. What is the deal are we doing something wrong? is there a fix in the works for these issues? leave your input below would love to hear what everyone thinks

You should probably copy/paste your crash logs.  Many things could cause this to happen.  But to answer your question; no, both my LCPDFR versions are stable (I run GTAIV and EFLC versions)...one much more stable than the other.

Do you have ELS, modded cars, other 3rd party scripts running?  This is usually the issue.

I almost never crash with my GTAIV game, which has no ELS, and non-els modded cars I know aren't porked or unstable.  I run several callout scripts and modded peds as well, a nice CryENB, again with mods I know are stable.

My EFLC is another story.  It doesn't crash, per se, but the plugins start shutting down after anywhere between 45min to 2 hours...just depends.  This game I run all the latest goodies...ELSv8, high-poly cars in all slots, ENB, high-poly peds...not just cop peds, hi res buildings and streets. etc.  This version of the game I know is going to be a bit unstable, but not so much that it's an issue to play.

Anyhow, the more details you provide the better.  I'd start with a vanilla LCPDFR and go from there.

Good luck!
