[REQ] Can you edit this and make the red lights darker?

Hello,

 

I tried to make the red lights on this file darker because in my game they appear more amber/orange on the light bar... Just the light bar... I tried editing it with paint and even though I made it darker it made no change in my game... I have zero skill with photoshop...
