I am not sure if this is the right place to post this.  There are some amazing artist and designers out there and I am looking for help creating a vehicle skin pack for the crown vic, charger, new interceptors, and supervisor suv.  I don't have the tools, knowledge, or skills to do this myself.  Attached is my ideal of what I am looking for.  If there are any skilled designers who would be willing to take on this challenge for me, I would great appreciate it.

Not gonna do the pack, just wanted to lead the way on how to do these yourself. Those skins look really simple, so basic tutorials on youtube should get you by, in case no one does these. Here are links to free programs that edit/create images and all that:

Hopefully, I didn't sound like a dick. Just wanted to help you get started on doing stuff yourself.

 

PS: I would move the supervisor to the front quarter of the car, and put the 911 on the back quarter. Sometimes the models don't come a window template, and so you have to keep guessing where that part of the window is mapped to the texture. If you have zmodeler u can figure it out, but if you don't I would change the position of the 911.
