LCPDFR:FR loader.loader Error

Hey! I recently downloaded LCPD:FR 1.0d_2 and I've been facing a couple of problems. After installing the mod, I went in game and I got the LCPDFR_loader.loader error. The mod did not start at all. There was no error with the scripts, as my other scripts were working perfectly. I looked for solutions, and I tried using the solution that other people with the same problem had used, but none of them worked for me. The diagnostic tool does not work. Everything I open it, and select the "check installation" (2nd option) I get an error saying "The Diagnostic Tool has stopped working." I tried using it in the Advance Mode, but I still got that error. I tried installing the mod automatically, and manually. It did not work.

I play GTA IV 1.0.7.0. It's the retail version (If that's what it's called; not the steam version) and I bought the game, it's not a cracked/pirated game.

And my computer runs on Windows 7 Ultimate.

Please excuse me for any stupid/irrelevant questions, as I'm not used to modding GTA IV as I recently got the game.

Could you guys also mention which programs are required to run the game like C++ or whatever? If y'all could add in the download link, it'd be highly appreciated.

And also, which files do I upload? Where do I find those files? (log files? )

Regards,

Neel.

A lot of the problems with the diagnostic tool were fixed in the latest release, make sure you >download the newest version (LCPDFR 1.0d Hotfix 1).

Here's a list of the dependencies:

http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679

http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5555

http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35

http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30653

Always choose x86 if given the option - even if you have a x64 system.

The best log file to upload would be the diagnostic one since it gives us the most information all in one spot, but since that isn't working you can upload any and all files ending in .log in your main GTA IV directory.

I have been using the latest LCPDFR Mod (1.0d_2). It diagnostic tool does not work. When I start it, and choose the "check installation" option, it says that "the diagnostic tool is facing a problem" and it refuses to start.

I have a x32 system. Will the (x86) redistributable Package work?

x86 = 32 bit

Not sure why the diagnostic tool doesn't work.

Here are the Log Files:

ScriptHook Log :

LCPDFR Log :

And I also had a question

Is the 'LCPD First Response.resources.dll' file supposed to be in the "en-US" Folder?

Good News! I downloaded all the Files that were needed (Which you mentioned above) and I got the game to work! It works perfectly fine! Thank you for your time! I appreciate it! :)
